Submitting more than one URL for a site

Our site, at http://www.innerbonding.com covers relationships, parenting, addictions, personal growth and spiritual growth. Is it permissible to submit different URLs for different sections of the site, or can one only submit the home page?

The _submitters'_ guidelines say "submit the _site_ to the _one_ most appropriate category." That looks reasonable to me.

The _editors'_ guidelines (which are more flexible) say "deeplinking is 'the exception, not the rule." Taken as individual sites, would the various sections really be considered "exceptional" in the various categories (at least, by a disinterested surfer?) I'd have to say, unquestionably not.
