submitting problems

I've been trying to submit to http://dmoz.org/cgi-bin/add.cgi?where=Regional/North_America/Canada/Ontario/Localities/T/Toronto/Arts_and_Entertainment/Photography/Photographers for the last week. When the cycle does complete it tells me "the page I'm looking for does not exist on this site" and that the closest match is the home page.
Is this a common technical problem or does it signify something special about that category?

Have you been getting this same problem for the last week, or is this error message new today? I'm seeing the same error all over dmoz.org at the moment which is why I'm wondering if this particular message is a new one. I can't imagine that the whole site has had this same issue for a week without someone else mentioning it

Anyway, it has been reported internally, so hopefully it will be cleared up soon.

I should have been more precise. I've been trying to submit for 5 days, but this is the first time the submission process has gone anywhere and I get the page mentioned above. Before this it just timed out.

I think this the same thing as is mentioned in that other thread. Today the server is doing weird things on the Suggest a URL process.

I've noticed that the main dmoz.org server has been sluggish for the past few days so that was probably just leading up to this new submission problem.

The page you attempted to access does not exist on this site.

As far as I can tell, this error is appearing for everyone. Some changes were made to the submission procedures, and one of the programs needed to complete a submission is MIA. This means that no one can submit a site at the moment. The matter has been reported and we are just waiting for the technical staff to fix it.
