submitting rss

I already have a site listed in the directory, but I have added new forums with rss feeds and I noticed that you now accept rss submissions, so I was wondering how I can add my site or do I need to request it be reviewed again? I couldn't find any information on rss submission guidlines.

Submit the RSS link as you would a normal URL. One only though.

Should I submit it under the same category as my website? My website is http://festivalofhorror.com and is under Film Festivals, but the RSS feed from the forums is more general horror movies and filmmaker resources. Should I submit the rss link to the what I think is the best category, or the most general and allow the editor to place it?

Submit it to what you think is the best category, whether or not it's the same category as the main site is in.

Procedurally, it doesn't matter where you suggest it -- it's still the editor's job to find the right place.

Practically, helping the editor out as much as possible (by finding the right category) is likely to get the URL reviewed more quickly.
