Submitting Sites That Are Not in English

I have two sites that I would like to add to DMOZ:

Should I submit them to the regional categories in english, or since they are translated, get them submitted somewhere else in DMOZ? They are both manufacturing sites, so I am looking for categories like that to fit them into.

Websites that aren't in English are listed within our World section under the appropriate language. If your website is in several languages, suggest the root URL to each language.
