Submitting to 2 Directories

I noticed that submitting to 2 directories is permitted if one is in a regional directory. I have a site which I have submitted (still in unreviewed)in http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Gifts/Personalized/Prints/
The site is ColorRiteBanners.com which is an on-line store for buying personalized banners.

Is there another directory I could submit this to? I am located in Minneapolis, MN in the United States.

I drilled down the regional, and there is no Shopping directory for Minnesota, however, other states seem to have a shopping directory.

I think one of the categories in http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/Minnesota/Localities/M/Minneapolis/Business_and_Economy/ will be suitable.

And, yes, you are allowed to be listed in more than one category - as long as the content of your site is suitable. Since you are located in Minneapolis you can be listed there as well as under the Shopping/ category.

Submitting 2 Directories - Manufacturer and region

MillerDial.com I am trying to get listed for

Regional: North America: United States: California: Localities: E: El Monte

and

Business: Electronics and Electrical: Keyboards and Keypads

They are a manufacturer of Membrane Switches in El Monte California

I am wondering to find out the status for this SEO project I am working on? I am able to submit this site to both these directories correct? If so, is there some sort of problem with this submission?

It seems to be in unreviewed in the business category just waiting for editor approval. You can also list this site in El Monte/Business but have not submitted it yet.

I submitted here (http://dmoz.org/cgi-bin/add.cgi?where=Regional/North_America/United_States/California/Localities/E/El_Monte/Business_and_Economy) as well per your request, will an editor visit this location do you think.

I have applied to be an editor on DMOZ many times. I think you folks have a great system but should hire more SEO's to help out. cgjb - I reviewed and published your site in El Monte today. (I was passing through - please don't take this as a response to your posting)

In the future, if you will please list the name of the company (i.e. "Miller Dial, Inc." not "Electrical Switch Manufacturers, Membrane Switch, Silicon Conductive Switch and Nameplates Company") in the title, and a brief description (that lacks hype and keywords) of the site, you'll stand a much better chance of being listed in a timely manner.

posting to 2 directories

For one root URL you are able to post to more than one directory if it applies?
For example Shopping/clothes/men/uniform and also Shopping/clothes/casual clothes

or do they have to be completely different directories?

One listing in all of Shopping, and that's one of the most rigid guidelines we have. Submit to the most specific category that covers "the vast majority" (say 80% or more) of the products.
