I tried to submit www.emailpinoy.com in http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/E-mail/Web-Based/
for over a year now and I don't know why I don't get listed.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Looks like there was some confusion because the site www.emailpinoy.com is a regional directory and already has a regional listing. It had been moved around a little and was waiting to be reviewed in http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/E-mail/Free/Web-Based/E/ along with http://mail.emailpinoy.com/, which I felt was the better URL for that category.

So http://mail.emailpinoy.com/ in now listed.

The lesson to be learned here is that if you submit to a broad category rather than the more focused and appropriate subcategories, your submission will likely take forever to make its way to the proper category and get reviewed.

So take a few minutes and find out where sites like yours' are listed, and submit to the one narrowest reasonable category.
