The submittal guidelines allow you to submit your SITE (not subpages of it) to the ONE most appropriate category.
If an editor, looking at one particular subpage on a topic unrelated to the topic you submitted to, would think that page (considered as a website) was better than 98% of all the other sites, then the EDITOR may consider listing the site there.
Ringtones--we have lots of them already. Don't bother mentioning them unless you have UNIQUE content (that means none of them are already on other websites!)
If your site contains a little bit of content about subjects that interest you, then it's a "personal page." If it seems to be geared to a person with broadly categorizable interests, locality, ethnicity, or behavior, we may have a more specific "personal pages" category it would fit.
