I have suggested my site <url removed> about a month ago, but still no reply.

We are the leader among Russian Drug-Chemistry sites, it's too rare and unequal category. Please, let me know, what we can do to submit <url removed> in dmoz.org catalog.

I'm sorry, but we don't discuss specific sites in this forum, which is why I removed the URL from your post.

One month is not a particularly or unusually long time before site review. There is no way to predict how long it will be before an editor decides to a) work in the relevant category and b) look at the suggested sites there: it can dake days, weeks, months or years. Since you have already suggested the site once, there is no need to do it again.
