Suggest right category for site

Hi,
Well I suggested my site URL deleted way back in April or may of 2006 in Sikkim category. But unfortunately it is still not listed.

Now i've made many changes to the site. I am planing to submit it to new category, can you please suggest what is the right category for this site?

since my site lies in "Forums" category, i am thinking of submitting it to "Society> People>Chats and Forum" category, but it is focused on state Sikkim... where should i submit?.

Please choose the category you think is best. An editor will move it if they have another opinion.

If the site is focused on a regional topic, it´s probably best to sugest to the appropriate Regional category
