Can you give us some more information? I tried to open the suggest URL page on the category you noted and it loads OK - http://www.dmoz.org/cgi-bin/add.cgi?where=World/Chinese_Simplified/商业/电器与电子/光电与光纤

Which parts of the page are not loading for you?
