Suggest URL not working n catogory selection prob

Suggest URL in dmoz.org home page is took me to instructions page but instructions page asked me to click on Suggest URL in dmoz.org home page. This cycle repeats but not able to go to suggest url form.
Any one pls help.............

As it says at http://www.dmoz.org/add.html (under "Step Four"), you first need to navigate to the most suitable category page for your site, and then click the "suggest URL" link on that category page.
