Suggest URL

I clicked "dmoz" and clicked on a URL there. Then I clicked "suggest URL". I again got "dmoz" and again clicked "suggest URL" and so on. How do I enter my URL and my website. Please clarify. Thanks.

Without knowing to which category you are suggesting, it is virtually impossible to know.

If I were to guess, I would say that suggestions are not accepted at that level and you need to look for an appropriate subcategory further down.

Again, as I don't know where you're attempting to suggest your site, this is merely a supposition.
