Submitting a site that has several content types

Dear all,

I had some issues with submitting a new site.

I tried adding an URL to Kids & Teens, but it says to select a more specific sub directory. However, the only common classification for this site is Kids & Teens.

The only way I can think of, is submitting several different pages, one for each section (Games, Jokes, Videos, etc...). Is there any way I can avoid this...?

Best Regards,
Moshe.

Definitely avoid suggesting all of the subpages. Pick the best category for the bulk of the content -- an editor will move it when they review it if there is some place more appropriate.

I read the Site Selection Criteria and found nothing that we did not follow.
I assume you mentioned it for a reason and if you kindly point on what is wrong, I will fix it immediately.

In general, our content managers are instructed to use children-proof and legal content only.
We keep three sections for the children, and three others for more educational activities along with their parents.

We have a filtered search bar, so kids cannot access improper sites.
We avoided user activities that would allow strangers to approach the child (e.g., we have no chats or forums).
All websites we link to, were personally tested by our content managers and found to be children-proof sites (up to depth of three links).
We take the safety of the child very seriously and keep our integrity high.

As for the content itself, our content managers were instructed to use good language.
We are currently in the process of replacing "mid-grey area" games & jokes at the English site with others, that are far more suitable for children.
This is due to irresponsible content manager we had to let go a few days ago.
At the bottom of each page, we have included a link to our Support email address for parents to contact us if they come across a content item they find offensive.

Sorry for the long response, but I am not really sure what exactly should we fix.

We aren't able to offer website specific advice here.

Please, as you've already been advised, simply suggest your website to what you think is the one most appropriate category. If it doesn't have a suggest URL link, suggest to one of it's subcategories instead. If it needs to be moved, we'll move it.

makrhod was just making sure that you'd checked those criteria, not commenting about your specific site -- you'd be amazed at the number of completely inappropriate sites that get suggested to the Kids and Teens section of the directory every day.
