Suggesting Category / submitting website

I"ve got a website, that I would like to submit, but I can't find right category for it.
I'm wondering if it would be possible to suggest category?
Anyone has suggestions where (which category) I could submit Video Tutorial Directory website?

or try using search on DMOZ to find categories (that's what it's for).
