You can suggest the website to DMOZ. Start reading http://www.dmoz.org/help/submit.html
Somewhen in the futiure an editor will look at your suggestion and decide if we will list it or not.
Ofcourse you can already know if it will be listed or not by reading the DMOZ guidelines
We can not predict which editor will look at the suggestion neither when this will happen, could be within a few days could be after several years.
