As a consultant I have to submit a number of sites to DMOZ. Would it not be possible to send a confirmation e-mail when a site submission or update is received?
This would save having to copy and paste the submission details all the time. In addition submitters would know exactly when they had submitted their site and to which category because they would have a copy of this e-mail. Surely this would save the time of the editors and moderators on this forum who lets face it are busy enough!
If that was extended to sending an e-mail on inclusion in the directory then that would improve things further.
