Suggestion for a site, that was listed before?

My website was listed in
http://www.dmoz.org/Recreation/Humor/Cartoons/
before Feb 2004.

After Feb 2004 website disappeared from Directory when "http://www.dmoz.org/Recreation/Humor/Cartoons/" was reorganized.

Please, let me know if this same URL may be accepted again for inclusion if I submit it to proper category?

I'm afraid we're not allowed to discuss specific sites on the forum, so here's some general advice...

1/ The guidelines editors use to judge whether sites are listable are publicly available: Site Selection Criteria. Have a read and, provided you can be objective, you should be able to tell for yourself if your site is listable.

2/ If it is listable, then you should check whether or not it's already listed. Enter just the domain name (e.g. example.org, not www.example.org) using the search box on at http://www.dmoz.org/

3/ If it's not listed, then you should find the single best category to suggest the site to. Make sure you read the category descriptions, e.g. http://www.dmoz.org/Recreation/Humor/Cartoons/desc.html by following the "Description" link on the category page.

I don't know anything about your site, or whether it's listed, but it's certainly not going to go in http://www.dmoz.org/Recreation/Humor/Cartoons/ . Sites would generally not be removed in a re-organisation unless they were deemed unlistable, but mistakes can be made and sites can change over time. So if you believe your site is listable, and it's not currently listed, feel free to suggest it once to the best category you can find.
