suggestions for suggest a site

I'll make three comments before suggesting: 1) My site is listed in ODP. 2) My suggestions are not meant as criticism. 3) I plead guilty to ignorance. I am not a web professional. Here are three suggestions 1) "suggest a site" step four: "Auto-submission software is a violation of this procedure. Sites submitted automatically are flagged and deleted after the submission is accepted without notification to you". This may not be worth mentioning. Stupid me. I'm not an auto-submitter so I thought I would be notified. Perhaps somewhere in the guide. "Submitters will not be notified if their site is rejected". I did find a footnote in my catigory. "Search database last updated on:" I would wait a couple of weeks, redo my site, and resubmit after that date was current. 2) "It may take several weeks or "MORE" before your site is reviewed". Perhaps replace "more" with "even years". I've read in this forum that it could take years. 3)"If a site you submitted has not been listed after "A MONTH", you may check it's statis at". Perhaps replace "a month" with "6 months'. These are just things that misled one ignorant novice.
