Sumbitting Site to Closed Category

I would like to submit a website to this category: http://dmoz.org/Business/Directories/

I assume that category is no longer accepting new submissions since I do not see a link to Add URL. However, there is no question my company's website fits that category perfectly. In fact my company's website is unique and would truly benefit users of dmoz who search in this category.

What should I do in order to submit our website for this category?
