Where does my site fit in ODP

could someone please tell me where my site would fit in the ODP and what changes if any I need to make to have it placed there?

It was here and then was removed for some reason & the Category Admin will not return my emails.

My website was listed for a long time under Science....sustainable Living. Now it is not. Why? What do I need to do to get listed again?

It was not necessary to start a new thread to ask about your site, when I have already answered your private message and explained that we do not discuss individual sites here.
In addition, I gave you the links to the FAQ, and reminded you that this forum is for discussion of general issues only.

However, my time and words seem to have been wasted, so I will let another volunteer deal with your concerns.

There can be several reasons why a website is removed.

1) One of our link checkers noticed it was offline - the site is moved from public view for an editor to look at. If the editor finds the website working again it will be relisted, if the editor can't find a working website it will be deleted.
2) One of the editors noticed the website is offline or has someother technical problem. The editor decides to delete it or to keep it for further investigation but the website will be moved from public view until that investigation.
3) The website does not meet our current guidelines. Either the guidelines or the website have changed. The website is removed.
4) The website does better fit in another category. It is moved to that category and either listed (you just did not notice it is listed there) or it is waiting a review in the new category.
