Temporary Service Error

i want to submit a url but keeping getting temporary service error. it says to check back in a couple of days but it always is the same even after a couple of days. will i ever be able to submit my site?

AOL technical staff are working as fast as possible to restore the directory features. We do not have a time frame for when this work will be complete. As soon as we have any new information we will update the Announcement that is posted at the top of every forum.
