The cateogry I want to edit is diabled for editing?

I was just wondering why this category is not available for volunteers to edit?

The category is
Home: Homemaking: Frugality: Coupons
http://www.dmoz.org/Home/Homemaking/Frugality/Coupons/

I'd like to apply for this category, but I received an error message saying that this category was disabled for editing.

It's disabled because it's not a good category choice for a new editor. As you can imagine, a lot of spam gets submitted to that category and therefore needs an editor with some experience under their belt.

I'm sorry to be posting twice in a day.

I'm now interested in the category of Business: Marketing and Advertising: Advertising: Print
http://www.dmoz.org/Business/Marketing_and_Advertising/Advertising/Print/

But this category has no description, so I'm not entirely sure what guidelines to follow.

I believe that I can deduce what sites should be allowed into this category though, so I can include them in my application, but would it harm my application if I pointed out that there is no description?

The guidelines would be our general ones, at http://www.dmoz.org/guidelines/ - for the choice of the sites it would be companies offering printing services for the advertising industry, imo.
The descriptions of the adjacent categories often help sort out issues like this...
