how can one find out if they didnt post the information correctly and that is why their site is not listed yet? There really doesnt seem to be any support on how or what the status of a site is. We do get that little notation when we fill out our request that our listing may take up to two weeks. Well its been over a year on our end.

If a website is listable, we fix errors made during the listing suggestion process. That's why we use humans. No need to worry on that score.

You can determine if your website is listable by checking it against our editor guidelines (Don't know the link in my head. Google for editor guidelines).

Some volunteer will process your listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.
