the name of my biz & category never get updated

I have politely submitted requests over the years to get my listing accurate with my correct biz name and category but there has been no change. so i request your advice. Thanks guys. skye

my domain skyewebs.com is listed but the company name is incorrect. it should be "Sky Computer Services" not "Skye . . . " with an "e" (my name is skye, however) AND i am in the COMPUTER HARDWARE category instead of in Computers/Consultants/Regional/North_America/United_States/California/
where i should be, I believe. That is where all my competitor are.

should i just be happy to be listed? I have top listings on google already. am i being to picky here?

Well, first off, you are asking in the wrong forum. I assume that you have submitted an update url request to the category you are listed to. That update request is treated like any submission so to check the status of it you post in the Site Submission Status forum. You need to read that forums guidelines so you can format your request properly to give us the information we need in the proper format to look into your situation.
