The page cannot be displayed

Why is it when I try to submit my site to shopping-pet supplies, it always comes up The page cannot be displayed.
I have tried at different times, and still comes up the same "page not found"

This is a known issue. As I understand it, it may have to do with the tremendous volume of traffic dmoz.org has been receiving. Our staff is working hard to fix these issues, and improvements have been made in the last few days.
