The reason for the attack on DMOZ?

Who would want to attack dmoz? Why are there even technical problems when the directory has been running smoothly for the past few years? J/w.

There has been no attack, just some unfortunate technical difficulties. Since a conspiracy theory really doesn't require discussion and since there are far too many threads already about the site being down, I'm closing this one.
