The Shoes and the Purse - Myths or ????

Hmmmmmm......


Tale of (2) Witches continues:


I remember when I was growing up, my mother ALWAYS told me not to put my shoes on the counter, it was bad luck. My wife ( of 10 years) told me it was just so I would not dirty the counter and that it was ridiculous.

Yet........

My wife tells me I can never put her purse on the floor, because the ( Are you ready for this one???) money will literally RUN right out of the purse.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........................................

Could it be she doesn't want to get the bottom dirty???

Or, do the coins and dollar bills just jump right out into my sneakers???

The funny part, is that everyone reading the post, thinks I'm joking. It's not a joke, I'm perplexed.

I actually wanted to give some insight as to the Witchery, my Mother is Italian and my Wife is Colombian. She actually dragged me to a Witch on one of our vacations and, again I swear, the Witch told me that both my Mother and my Wife are a little bit Witchey. (Sort of the Witch calling the Kettle black, huh?) Will this "Witchiness" pass down to my son or daughter or is it the female gene that passes right into my daughter? Will she be confused about the sneakers or will she just use them to chase the money down? I think my son, will be just like me and stand there, bewildered.

Around here, the roaches are so big you actually DON'T want to put your purse on the floor, because they like to carry off things that either smell interesting (coins) or are edible (dollar bills, kleenex, makeup, just about anything).
