Hello. I was wondering if it might be possible to move the Romanian section one level up, to /World, since it's been on top of its category for a long time now (it currently has 148 posts and 4,556 views). Besides, there are many users claiming that it's difficult to find the Romanian thread on RZ forums. Thank you.

We really can't make a special forum for a particular language unless we have a Meta/catmod editor who is able to watch over it (and vladd is not active here).
I wouldn't personally classify 148 posts as indicating a need for a separate forum and if the thread is at the top of the World forum continually, then it should be pretty easy to find.
