Time to show up in main listings?

Hi there,

I submitted a site a while ago and now know that it has been approved and is listed in a specific category. However it is not showing up in the public DMOZ list.

When I try to update my listing information by going to that category and entering the domain i get the correct information and form to update it, so I conclude that it is in fact listed in that category.

Is this normal practice or does it usually show up immediately in the public categories?

It can take a few days. If a listing is "published" and it doesn't appear on the public side in about 7 to 10 days then I would say that there is some specific software or hardware failure. Patience.
