title bar missing / can not add site

I want to add a site, but somebody removed the title bar at the top of the page with the link to add a site. Could somebody fix that please or give me the link to add a site here.

You need to actually be looking at a category page in order to see the "Suggest URL" link. You can't suggest a site while looking at a list of search results.

I realize I am not as smart as you are, so since there is no path listed, where is the page?

A linkt to a category looks like this: http://www.dmoz.org/Science/Technology/Energy/Renewable/Home-Made_Power/

There you find the link "suggest URL" at the top of the page.

In the search results page links to categories are also shown after the individual URLs.
