Hi--I have a question about submitting Regionally, and Topically. I've found the proper Top category:
http://dmoz.org/Health/Alternative/Coaching/United_States/http://dmoz.org/Health/Alternative/Coaching/United_States/

My question is: when I do a search for a Regional location to which I'd like to submit my site, http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/Health/Alternative_Medicine/

the results are the same as the other category. It shows Life Coaching@ and takes me back to the main category. Are those the same? Would I do better to submit very specifically to a locality of my phisical address under Regional:Health, even though the services are national?

Yes, whenever you see a category name with "@" on the end, it means that category really lives somewhere else in the taxonomy.

If a site offers unique face-to-face services locally, then you can submit to very specifically to a locality. If it offers (other) services nationally, then it can be submitted to the National category.

These two evaluations (and reviews, and listings) are independent. A site may have both, or neither, or either one.
Submit to all (whether zero, one, or two) categories that apply.
