training for editor

Dear Members,
Give your opinion about training the new and genuine interested editor who is willing to devote their time to ODP. There must be some kind of program or any course which can be useful for them to become good and expert editor.

All Editors have a link to the internal forums on their editor dashboard. There is a sectionb for "New editors" where help in various forms (including mentoring) is available.
