Tried to Get Listed since last 2 years but still waiting to get reviewed

It sounds like you've done what you can do to HELP the editors. So, you're free to do whatever you need to promote your site -- but the ODP provides no provisions or assistance for that. (We don't need to, because there are lots of other sites that do offer those things.)
