Trouble finding "suggest URL"

I would like to submit a site to Regional: North America: United States: Florida: Regions: Florida Keys: Guides and Directories
The url is http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_Amer.../Regions/Florida_Keys/Guides_and_Directories/

There is an "update URL" link but no "suggest URL" link. On this Google page http://directory.google.com/Top/Reg.../Regions/Florida_Keys/Guides_and_Directories/ there is a "Submit a Site" link but that just takes you to a help page.

The help states "Some categories do not have "suggest URL" or "update URL" links. These categories don't accept submissions, so you should find a more specific category for your site." The only more specific categories are Key Largo - Key West & Marathon. The site to be suggested covers information about all the Florida Keys so it would not seem to fit into a more specific category.

Should I submit it to one of the other categories anyway and hope it is placed in the correct category?

In this case, I would submit it to http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/Florida/Guides_and_Directories/ with a note at the end [Focused on Florida Keys] or something telling the editor it is for the Keys.

I've turned the ability to submit sites to that category back on. It will take awhile for the change to show though (up to a week).

With service like this you get my vote. Maybe that will break some of those award ties and put you above "runner-up" status.

Now I must show patience (for a week) but that should give me time to make sure all the ducks are in place.

The "suggest URL" link has not shown up yet. Can someone check if there is a problem.

It's labelled Suggest URL

If you don't see that either, then refresh your browser.

Suggest URL not showing

I have tried refreshing my browser and even using a different browser that has never been to this page and still no link.

Sorry - I used the URL link from post #2, not post #1 - you are correct, the "suggest URL" is not there yet.

I swear I turned it back on, but checking now it was off again. Not sure what happened there (changes of this type are not logged). Anyhow, it should be back on now (or will be when the category updates).
