Trouble with Listing a Website

Dear Editors and Friends,
I have tried listing my website about 10 months ago.
After 6 months of waiting, within which nothing happened,
I concluded that maybe, my listing trial failed the first time,
I decided to try listing it again. This was nearly 3 months ago,
yet still now the site has not been listed. I have not written the url
of my website here, as I am not certain if I am allowed to do so.

I am worried that, maybe, one of my competitors may have blocked my chances
to list my site, by submitting multiple listing trials on my behalf, without my approval.
Hopefully, I very much hope I am wrong, but it seems odd to me that my site
has not yet been listed.

I would much appreciate any assistance with this. Please let me know if I can
write down my url here, or perhaps, communicate with an Editor by email on this issue.

There is no assistance that we can offer.

Some volunteer will process your listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.

Thanks for your very swift reply.
Is there any way to verify that I have not been blocked on purpose by others?
Would it help if I write down my url?

We aren't stupid and we don't block sites lightly. The sort of incident that you're suggesting is so rare that it's not worth worrying about.
