Trying for a year to suggest a site

Hello, I am trying for an year now to submit my site to this category Category in the Romanian part of the directory, but nothing. I tried to contact the editor of the category but got no response, it seems like noone is administrating it. Can you please help me?

Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.
