Trying to submit URL

Hello,
I have read all the rules and guide lines. I would like submit my url I did visit several different categories where I thought I could submit my url but it seems there is no where to submit my url in any of these categories. Some of these categories only had 5 lisitings so I don't think it would be closed or too full. I'am new to this so if I'am missing something I would appreciate any help.

Frequently, categories are closed to suggestions when few if any sites would be listable in those categories. Try to look for another category.

can i try post my site later? How time categories closed often to suggestions?

If we've blocked listing suggestions in a category, the block usually permanent. Please find the one best subcategory and suggest your site to there.
