Trying to Submit

I want to submit my site.
I found the appropriate category to submit it to @ http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Chats_and_Forums/ , but i guess submitting URLs are down right now?

Am i missing something?
All those post about
status of mywebsite.com; are those the threads to actually submit?

I see no link that works to actually submit.

Is there any way an administrator can submit my site to http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Chats_and_Forums/ on my behalf?

Yes, as you can see from the big red Announcement at the top of each forum, site suggestions are not possible at the moment. When they are, the Announcement will say so. Thank you.
