Twice Submission Failure (to Windows XP Cat)

I was recently contacted by a Webmaster who informed me that he has been unable to successfully submit his site (www.updatexp.com) to my category. The problem is either a blank screen appears following submission or an IE DNS error message.

Please advise on how to best proceed at this point.

There are numerous threads on this subject in the Bugs and Features forum, here on Resource Zone. This has been happening to some users for several months now.

You could advise the submitter to try a different browser and ISP, or you could manually add the site to the queue yourself, or there are a whole host of other unconsidered possibilities.
