Two different URLs of same company

our url is already listed in dmoz i.e www.xyz.com with good rankings in google but now due to some legal reasons after 3-4 months we have to close that url and start with new url i.e www.abc.com and this url is ready and its online working properly with same files of www.xyz.com same content, same graphics with slightly new content only.

Now my question is that how can I can submit my domain name www.abc.com in to dmoz?

Do I have to do a new submission for www.abc.com or update www.xyz.com
company is same

You should submit an update request for www.xyz.com.

And please make it obvious on the www.xyz.com site that the www.abc.com is the new domain. Otherwise an editor will probably not approve it.
