two sites with same design but differant themes in same industry, can I submit both?

If I have two sites with the same design template but suite differant themes in the same industry like adult and non adult web hosting can I submit both or just one site?

I just think it's good to seperate the two.

Submitting both is not a good idea. Pick which version you'd like to submit to the directory and pursue other marketing avenues for the other.
