unable to apply for reinstatement

this seems to be a common problem - as I did a search on reinstatement before posting this, but here we go... My old editor name was 'hecklehim', and the reinstatment form seems to accept my old password.

But it wont accept my old email address - it just keeps telling me it doesn't match. The instructions to include your old and new addresses in the explanation box doesn't help as the form is never submitted.

I haven't a clue what email address it wants - a clue from an all-knowing editor here would certainly help.

It wants the old e-mail address that you were using when you were an editor. If that e-mail address is no longer active, then we are going to have to get our tech support person to update it to a new address. You are still going to have to PM one of us here with your old address so that we will have something to verify that you are who you say you are
