Hi,

I am unable to browse dmoz from any ISP of Pakistan. Is there any problem in Dmoz?

This is a known problem. DMOZ is blocked in Pakistan for having Adult content. See http://resource-zone.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=36692 for the latest occurence.

Btw: This is currently reported as being the same in China.

Which is, of course, misguided, since we only link to adult content.

True, but I guess they don't have the manpowert to block all Adult-sites we link to. Or to write a tool that automatically does this job. ;-)

Can't they just block the /adult subsection. I can't believe their filtering is so unsophisticated. It's like blocking geocities.com because one user has uploaded porn to their personal webspace.
