There's a problem with some IP addresses in that region being blocked. Please PM me the URL and I'll suggest it for you.

Thanks for the info. It's now pending evaluation in Regional/Asia/Singapore/Business_and_Economy/Real_Estate/Residential.

We have also tried to submit <url removed> a few times now over the past 2-3 yrs now with no luck as far as getting listed in DMOZ. Our site is very useful to struggling homeowner, and would help a lot of borrowers everywhere feeling the financial crunch, so we did not understand why we did not get approved for a listing in DMOZ.

I do understand that DMOZ is extremely hard to get into as of the about the mid 2000's. However, I think adding useful websites will have great benefit for all involved parties.

We will continue to try to get listed. Any Tips??? Thanks.

Yes. Stop trying.
The DMOZ guidelines are very clear.
Suggest a website only ONCE to the ONE best category.
More suggestions can at the best make the time between first suggestion and review longer and at the worst get the website banned from ever been listed when it is marked as spam.

Time between suggestion and review can vary between a few days and several years.
There is no need to suggest a website over and over again. The suggestion will not expire, it will stay in the system until it is reviewed. And than it is either accepted (listed) or rejected. In both cases there is no need for a new suggestion.
