if the search is a keyphrase of two or more words then there will be an answer

Don't worry about it. We have two search servers, and one of them is a bit messed up at the moment. If you keep trying you'll eventually get connected to the other one, which is giving good results.

It's all part of the mammoth upgrade that's under way, and it'll clear itself when we're done. Give it a month and try again.
