Unable to submit my web site

Hello,

I have tried several times to submit my web site address (www.jcconseil.com) to:
http://dmoz.org/cgi-bin/add.cgi?where=Regional/Middle_East/Lebanon/Business_and_Economy/Employment

and kept on getting the following message:

Please I would truly appreciate a feedback! (from anyone who knows how this works!!)

Your ISP could be at fault, but as I am not an editall, I can not check to see if it was submitted.
