I have a two language (Russian and English) manga & anime related site. English part is devoted works of one famous manga creator and it has galleries of *all* works, many of them were scanned by me. The Russian one has translation of the works into Russian - the only site in the Internet with such content.
But I can't get my site registered. I tried to submit my site to Russian or English shoujou manga categories last spring but it was useless. The others - my colleagues of the same category - are in the directory. Why? My content is unique and there just can't be many submissions to the category I chose (because there are not so many sites, especially Russian ones). Description I sent was “narrow” and short, I didn’t write anything superfluous.
Why could it be so? I don’t have any idea.
