Universal Ethics

I have unsuccesfully tried to register a site on universal ethics (related to universal human rights). Though the guidelines inform that this would be the place to refer to the URL in question, right here I am informed that referring to a special site is prohibited. So, what is true?
The other problem is that there is no category for universal ethics. There are only business ethics, internet ethics, religious ethics or ethics related to specific american universities. Shouldn't be universal ethics an important issue nowadays?

You suggested it successfully but nobody here has yet looked at it.

Some volunteer will process your listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.

We create new categories only after internal discussion and when we have a bunch of suitable websites to put in them.

Suggest your URL to the category that you think should be the parent of the new category (Society/Philosophy/Ethics?) with a note in the proposed description [like this]. Then suggest another half a dozen relevant websites to the same place with similar notes.

Some editor will notice them in time and start the internal discussion but I can't predict when that might be.

I don’t dare to make a counter-productive re-suggestion of my site since I am 70 and probably do not have the time to wait more than a few years more to see my site registered. That’s why I would be happy with any category for my site.
I agree that the tree should be Society/Philosophy/Ethics, followed by sub-categories such as Universal/Global Ethics (though there is a difference between universal and global), Bio-Ethics, Business-Ethics, Professional Ethics, etc.
Universal Ethics sites (included mine) are for example:

<No link drops in this forum acc. to forum ToS please. You can suggest sites to the appropriate DMOZ category, that's what the "Suggest" Links in our categories are for.>
