update listing link not there..what should I do to update?

Hello!

Please help me update a link, where there is no "update listing" link available!

http://dmoz.org/Regional/Africa/Egypt/Education/

Is this a bug in DMOZ system?

I am sorry!
I was talking about Google's page!
When I visited the DMOZ page, it has the upadate link!

but, for knowledge..is there a page on DMOZ that doesn't have an Update link?

Generally, only categories that don't have any sites listed in them at the top level.
