Update Listing problem

Hi, having bought some proper server space and moved my website, I've been trying to update my url from http://homepage.ntlworld.com/juliushonnor/photography/ to www.juliushonnor.co.uk

My site is listed at http://www.dmoz.org/Arts/Photography/Photographers/Solo_Exhibitions/Travel_and_Location/Europe/

When I click on Update URL I get taken to the Update Listing page but on entering the url and submitting I get this error message:

"Error
Can't determine your IP address
Please go back in your browser if you need to resubmit the form"

I've tried fiddling around with security settings and tried different browsers, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

Thanks, Julius.

You can try temporarily disabling any firewall software that you have while you do the update. Some versions of Symantec Firewall have been reported to cause similar problems.

In addition, you can put a 301 redirect up on the site. Then our automatic link checker will flag it for attention next time it runs. The link checker typically runs once every two months, give or take. If you put up the redirect you do not necessarily have to submit an update URL.

If you can't put up a 301 redirect then it would be helpful if you could mention on your old site that it has moved to a new URL so that the editor sees that the update request is legitimate.

...and just so that you will know, this is not a case of us making someone jump through hoops for the fun of it. These steps are designed to protect you from someone attempting to do somethat that would make you very, very unhappy.
